Purchase Options Cancellation
Some items in our store are offered as a purchase option (for example Subscribe & Save or other recurring deliveries). This policy explains how to cancel those options.
How to cancel
You may cancel a subscription or recurring purchase option at any time before the next billing or fulfillment date. Cancel from your customer account at https://account.restwellsupply.com (manage subscription / purchase options), or email get@digitalcrabs.com with your order number and the product you want to cancel.
What happens after you cancel
After we process your cancellation, you will not be charged for future subscription deliveries of that item. Orders already paid for or already in fulfillment will still ship unless we confirm otherwise by email.
Changes and pauses
To change delivery frequency, skip a shipment, or update payment or shipping details, use your account portal when available, or contact get@digitalcrabs.com.
Refunds
Cancellation stops future charges. Refunds for past deliveries follow our Refund policy and 30-Night Rest Guarantee where applicable.
